The project involves collaboration between the University of Edinburgh (Prime contractor, scientific lead and project manager), Earthwave and isardSAT; the consortium has the required expertise in all aspects of the technical requirements from understanding of the inner workings of radar altimetry and CryoSat, to the generation and exploitation of swath altimetry, to the analysis of the scientific impacts of the findings in terms of climate science and operational products.
